Is it true someone commited suicide over epassporte funds?
 

I have read that someone killed themselves over this epassporte situaton, they had approx 1/4 of a million dollars?

Wow.... that is a hell of a lot of money to lose.

Yeah I don't feel like finding the thread, but some guy was in major panic mode with his online casino as he had all his money in epass, it was either his friend or partner who killed himself. Its in one of the first epass threads when it all went down.

I sure hope that's not true!

I remember that story, very sad and a good reminder of how big a role companies like that play in our business and personal lives

Mallick may be a piece of crap and a lot of people hate him but I hope he realizes the negative impact he had on thousands of people and at some point in his life it haunts the fuck out of him

He killed himself because he was depressed and obviously had some issues, one of those issues was his missing quarter of a million dollars locked up in epass.

It was part of it, but wasn't just epass's name on it.

yeah that is the shame of it... well that and millions of stolen funds

I think that this story should be better publicised, doesn't matter if he had other problems, epassporte pushed him over the edge.

I agree, but if it should be publicized it needs to be publicized for what it is, not an angle to make someone (or himself) look bad.
