Affiliate (Performance Marketing) Manager

Our affiliate interface was designed by our company to ensure our affiliate's success and to allow for simple navigation and integration. With over 7,000 affiliates, we have a huge network and must cater to different types of sites.

Job Responsibilities:
-Identify & execute new market opportunities and customer lead generation techniques via the affiliate channel.

-Recruit new affiliates, joint venture partners, and strategic partners.

-Verify and account for affiliate payments, working directly with accounting.

-Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans.

-Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as newsletters, blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.

-Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.

-Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates.

-Respond to all affiliate inquiries and provide technical assistance and troubleshooting techniques.

-Reporting & tracking of affiliate success.

-Manage relationships with affiliates.

Requirements:

-Affiliate management experience with a proven track record of sales/improvements

-Must have experience in negotiating prime 'real estate' on affiliate sites

-Preferably the candidate will have experience in the online adult industry and their network of accounts

-Must have entrepreneurial spirt and drive

-A track record of successful affiliate recruitment with proof of performance
