yeah I know, but a site I acquired is hosted there and it has been having major issues with zero response from their "support" team over the last month or so.

I searched for them on here as a last gasp to find some answers and contact info

They had good intentions but never got that many members and thus probably ended up short on cash, especially after their traffic contests which paid out quite a bit. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted.

Seems like they have given up... too bad.

You get what you pay for I guess.
