In a latest statement Benjamin Fulford said, Earthquake attack on Japan originated in New Mexico and Nevada, U.S. New Madrid fault line next target.

The next target will be the New Madrid fault line in the South- Midwestern United States, according to threats originating from the Nazi George Bush Senior faction of the U.S. government.

Truth is, no one outside of a small group of people know what quakes, if any, HAARP has caused. But you can rest assured that none of us will ever know.

There are many possible reasons. Japan is the world's 3rd largest economy, crashing their currency will boost the dollar. Japan had just suspended a large vaccination program, lots of those things really sterilizations, are lot of countries don't want to go ahead with them but the powers that be (Bankers) put a lot of pressure on. The bankers generally want countries to take out of a lot of loans, perhaps Japan has been refusing.

I know project HAARP is a US project BUT you must realise that the Europeans, Russians and Chinese have equivalent projects.
