Dude. Google only updates PR a a few times a year anymore, if that. No way would you see a PR increase in 10 days.

Besides that claim your service would be useful.

Mate, You are absolutely right... google update PR 4 times a year... However if you increase high quality links to your primary website and article directories and sources we use give your website natural high quality backlink and google give high authority to those links and give PR for the quality...

Link wheels work well for non-competitive terms, but increase in PR is not really helping traffic at all. Why mention it in the first place? Makes your offer sound fishy.
