sort of explains a bit of why ccbill is currently sucking. chargebacks must be up.

Their CrossSales, even pre checked, are very fair, visible, etc.

That is great assuming it is true. But since most ccbill programs are revshare and there isn't an easy way to give affiliates a cut for them the affiliate links need to go to tours which are clean. In most cases not doing this is basically screwing your affiliates. It's essentially a type of shave.

Also keep in mind that most affiliates are reporting lower $/join (including rebills) on ccbill programs. There are other sponsors offering a straight $35 per join. So if your program is on average at $20/join (revshare) and you start putting up x-sells for which I make nothing then that just might motivate me to give the $35 PPS guys a try instead.
