Well you know before I retired one time I was employed for THREE MONTHS in a hard tough winter working outside. I walked there tonight it's 30F and that felt cold, to me!!! Well I use to work outside when it was -1F to 3F with 20mph wind and the windchill was -18 or so and to me THAT WAS COLD
