Tried to buy VBulletin, payment refused
 

I don't know what these people's problem is. I put in all my information, correct home address, debit card number including security code. Originally it appeared as "purchase pending" in my bank account. This morning, there is nothing, so I checked the status and it said:
Payment Status: Refused
Your payment was rejected. Please contact support for further help.

I've been trying to call them for the last hour and nobody answers their phone. Agrrrrrrrrrr, this is so annoying!

That's strange, why would any business refuse to sell a product?

Yea thats weird. I just bought another copy the other day with no prob.

Maybe their database has that card blacklisted.

I find it interesting knowing I am not the only one. Lately, I haven't been doing a happy dance with their tech support. It's simply god awful!

It happens to me all the time because I live in a different country from where I bank.
