Cheapest isn't always the best: the registrar might decide to play net cop and hold your domain for ransom (godaddy) or randomly remove privacy so whois archiving services capture your real details (moniker)

i work many years with namecheap.com

1on1 doesnt allow adult. I had them lock one of my domains. Webair gives frree privacy but you only have week to renew it. after week you have to pay 100 to get it back or some extra fee I cant remember.

Name cheap isn't the cheapest but I love their admin and have never had any issues. The price is competitive. Get what you pay for. I still think its a good deal. I like godaddy. They tend to be the cheapest and I have never had a problem but I have heard stories. I'm not crazy about DOTSTER little more expensive and their admin area sucks. 123CheapDomains same they cost more and the user area sucks.
