Looking for IP's in different Cblocks

We need around :
100 Ip's in different countries, as random as possible. need to be clean.

it not for emailspam nor blogs.

You won't find many providers, if any, able to deliver ips in different countries.

We have a lot of different Class C's for our SEO VPS. However, we do not have them in a bunch of counties, and frankly I can only think of possibly one person who 'claims' to have that available on some level.
