It looks like googles new brilliant panda algorithm is doing every porn surfer a favor.
All the illegal tubes have jumped up the serps, so by the time they get to our paysites, they already KNOW they dont have to buy shit from you because everything they saw up till then is free.

Another nice factor is the weight of bouncerate and pv's. Great idea google, guess you didnt count the fact that paysites often have a higher bouncerate and less pv's because of all the free surfers that immediatly close any paysite now.

Products such as myself we have seen a major hit in the SEO world. Things that worked last month just flat out don't work anymore.

google fucked me this time around. was number one for a term for a couple years, made some decent money off it. now my site is nowhere to be found and tubes fill the first couple of pages..

I doubt that the 'G' gives porn and it's concerns much thought in the algo.

That being said, it sounds like you need to re-invent a more interactive website that keeps people clicking on it longer. Maybe a free tour with a decent chunk of scenes to keep them clicking before asking for the sale. Or some other form of interaction.

Then you should decrease bounce rates, and increase time on site, hence climb back up.

I noticed my sites that have high bounce rates but still produced results (people clicking through to what I was selling) have dropped.

So obviously keeping that visitors on a site longer is a big thing to them at the moment.

you know, google is not our babysitter ... google is search engine, and if someone is looking for porn and some stolen content website have best backlinks and content and traffic, that website have to be first sure. they cannot ban the sites, you know what it will ends? banned anything, people complains, only shit ... so, do better to get before the stolen site, its what you have to do, do not sleep, business is still fight ...

So you all know the problem and it's going to get worse and never get better.

The days of selling tons of memberships to sites with the same boring pre recorded porn are coming to an end.

There are solutions, but few want to bother with them.

Go to live sex that can't be downloaded.

Make the experience and cost of a site something people want to buy.

The problem isn't Google. It's your sites. People hit them and say NO. People hit Tubes and say YES, bookmark and you're fucked, because you just lost a potential customer.

G & Matt have already said they are proud of their results. they're clearly looking at specific types of results and not porn. we're one of the last things on their minds when it comes to algo tweaks. it's like in a car accident, the last thing you're worried about is if your big gulp of mountain dew spilled or not. :1orglaugh all we can do is hold on for dear life and/or figure out how to work the panda to our benefit

i'll tell you this much, if it wasn't for branding and longtail i'd be destroyed. lost some major top spots that i've literally been the authority in and had for years. looking like it's climbing back (slowly), but it's the branding and longtail that is keeping me afloat right now

i suspect they devalued certain types of backlinks though, increased the weight of link spammed from twitter and facebook.

Was interesting to wake up yesterday to see 50% less google traffic for some terms that I've had top spot on for YEARS. Time to reduce those bounce rates and increase time on the sites. There are a few ways to do so, and one of them includes giving away more :X

I never really liked the business other than how easy it was to make a large amount of money. I didnt care for anything else that goes with it. I have to say I'm kind of glad its on the way out and I'm really glad the other stuff I started working on months ago is really picking up now.

And one thing I've always said about Google: Relying on it for your sole source of income is just retarded.
