GetItOn Conversions???
 

How is GetItOn converting for you lately?
For me it was converting 8-9% of free members to paid members until a month ago.
Now it is below 3%.
Less than 3% of free members convert to paid members.
How can you explain that?

links pulled last week. Just a wasting of quality SE traffic with 0:15 k. Same AFF with 0.12 $ to 12 k uniques and no string attached around 0:9000

What I have noticed with all the FF programmes is they convert to start, but soon drop off. Pull the links for a few months then put them back and you will start converting again. As soon as things slow, do the same thing over again.

Exact same thing happened to me. I pulled links for a while.

Have you tried other dating sites? What are their conversions like?

xxxblackbook.com has had a conversion increase! Free to paid conversion will kill it for you.

They do not convert more. Do not waste your time with it!

Yesterday made an experiment. 60% of traffic to xprofiles and 40% to getiton. Results: xprofiles 1735 hits 6 new members, getiton 10 new members. I still don't know how will xprofiles convert to paid, but hits to new is very low.
Any other ideas of decent dating affiliate programs.
I was using xprofiles "best converting tour".

I have a good ratio in xprofiles at all it seems I dont have any problem with them.

if you have the same surfers every day and not new ones your conversions will go down over time to the same program. Only logical. it's why if you take something down and then put it back up the numbers magically go back up.

Friend Finder is probably the best overall converting adult program on the net

In general maybe but I don't think it applies in this situation. Trystanys is complaining about a drastic change in the free to paid ratio. Why would a surfer sign up as a free member again in the first place if they already signed up as one before? Your explanation should affect unique to free ratios and CTR primarily and not free to paid ratios.

Trystanys, are the free members still of the same country distribution and traffic sources as before? If not sometimes that will drastically impact your free to paid ratio.

only 6 new members in 1735? Im at 1:20 with xprofiles (clicks:free members)
Free to Paid seems very low.

The same ratio +/- with AFF cobrands! but at least Im seeing about 20 sales per period with them!

I made some claims before here at GFY, but I need to say that I cant convert any other dating program until now like I do with AFF (at least me). Its true that sales dropped, I saw more sales with less hits a year ago, but at least it converts. I send 1000s of clicks to others dating programs and converted very few sales to none.

Rudester gave me good conversions too! The rebill rate is great!

I've heard this before though. Usually it ends up not being true in my experience. Besides sites are always going to convert a bit differently for different webmasters even when there is no funny business going on.

Rudester is definitely the way to go!

So none of you guys experienced such a drop in free to paid members. It is a 3 times drop. From 9% to 3%. Anyway, when I started this thread I was hoping that this is not an isolated case(just me). I thought that AFF suffers from temporary email delivery issues. But it seems it's not the case.
Also free members from high paying countries is at the same level around 90% with US members 46%. So my traffic is the same quality. The problem is in AFF and if I'm an isolated case I don't know what to think.
Of course I suspect 'shaving'.
But that's just me whining.

over what time period? friend finder is weird in that sometimes it takes weeks or months for people to convert from free to paid. but they still pay on it. when you're talking small samples, statistics go up and down, you have to look at longer time periods to get the true picture. if he's doing 100 paid signups a day, a week's sample should be decent to see trends. if he's doing 10 paid signups a day - a couple months should be sufficient. if he's doing one or two paid signups a day - six months is more reasonable to get a reliable sample of what's going on.
