I think you would need to provide more details beyond 'dedicated server' and 'need IP's for SEO' for people to point you in the direction of deals. If you provide more deets, it would be more useful in narrowing the field.

I would say go for Amerinoc for all those specs. Their prices coupled with support are pretty good.
But if you want IPs which are not all in a line you may have to look or negotiate further.

Honestly, with secured they are not managed but have 24/7 phone and email support. With a control panel I doubt you even need management unless you are a total n00b.

There are lots of good hosting companies and good admins, just find one and make a deal. A lot of the results you get in a thread like this are biased or not thought out.

I use Cyberwurx Dedicated box with 2 2tb drives on it.

They are the best with the best Customer service. Been with them since 1999
