Bump for Milky Way!

How many of you know that our Milky Way is on a collision course with our closest neighbor - the Andromeda galaxy? Now that's going to be one hell of a show.

...millions of gallons of oil in the Gulf, millions of gallons of radioactive water off of Japan. Earth Day is a joke! We are selfish pigs. However, the Universe is still a beautiful thing, as is our planet, even though mother earth pretty much hates us at this point. :thumbsup

Wow just Wow

Amazing about the current collision between the milky way and the sagitarius dwarf galaxy. Clicking on a link from the youtube comments it seems scientists think that the solar system was originally part of the dwarf galaxy and then consumed by the Milky Way.
