You wouldn't have made anything on pps either, they have to make a min purchase to qualify for pps and if you're showing no revshare then no purchases were made.

Seems like you should have at least made a bit more with the US members. Try sending your cam traffic here and see how it compares. Might be interesting if you could post in a couple months how the different cam sponsors performed for you.
