Reopening a program and looking for someone to handle it

Would like someone to handle affiliates and all webmaster related duties.

I have full time programmer on staff but need someone to work with outsourced designers. Program closed awhile back but has now been refreshed.

Contact via email with relevant experience and salary expectations and what you could bring to the table.

Remote is fine or moving to las vegas is an option but not mandatory.

I have seen some good talent seemingly let go recently. So figured it was a good time to try and find someone.

Is it for an adult program or mainstream?

The best advice I can give to you (at no charge) is to only hire someone with their own traffic resources.

They'll understand and bring business to the table from jump.

i dont get it, why would some one want to hire hot girl as am ..,
am should be talented and not hot, he/she should have tactics to bring in more afff., rather than big boobs.

Yeah I'm looking for someone that has connections that would bring traffic. The program has free memberships and some of the latest popular type sites added to it. I just don't manage affiliates very well as my time is pulled into other directions now.

Sorry you feel that way but it's a fact. I have traffic but no time or desire to take on an affiliate manager gig. You either have traffic sources OR you want a job. It's almost never both.

I'm not looking for someone with traffic but more someone that knows how to get it, via affiliates, mail, etc

a well spoken hot girl does wonders to get guys attention... most webmasters are males. Honestly, you have to be slightly retarded if you can't answer affiliate questions and send them promo stuff... imo.

You align yourself with a hot whore and she is going to bring you more bs headache shit than you can shake a stick at. You hire someone who has traffic, knows how to get it and how to convert it is the key.

if you know mailers or seo people or tube peeps or adwords specialists.. Then You may know how to get traffic from them.. Knowing how to mail and knowing mailers are 2 different things..

There are a few good folks in your neck of the woods that can do this. I will point them to this post.

Experienced webmasters couldn't care less about talking to a woman. We want someone who knows their shit and can take care of what we need.
