Interesting point no one seems to be paying attention to. Just a few months ago, Trump was ROASTED. Whitney Cummings, Lisa Lampinelli, Jeff Ross, and all the vet roasters annihilated Trump, and he was a great sport who laughed through all of it. (For example, Jeff Ross stated him and Trump had a lot in common as they both fantasize about his daughter).

He laughed the entire night.

This roast, which was tame by comparison, was a whole different story. He scowled at McFarland's act, which wouldn't have come close to Comedy Central's standards. (For example, Trump knows foxes, cause he has a fox on his head).

I think the difference is that when he did the comedy central roast he agreed to be roasted and knew it was all in good fun and normally the roasters have respect for the roasted. Here I think Trump might expect one or two little shots taken at him, but not a full on assault.
