I once made a blog post about Phismosis, as it's a huge problem here in Thailand and a lot of the ladyboys I shoot have it. They say it can be very painful at times.

not much you can do except surgery in most cases but not all cases need surgery.. sometimes it just gets uncomfortable or tighter when agitated too much. it will swell n get sore time to time. until then don't overwash it, just a quick rinse and leave it alone (blot dry, do not rub) until discomfort disappears
