It is amazing that they were able to pull off 9/11 and although I don't think it was an 'inside job' I certainly don't rule out people in the Bush admin knowing it was going to happen and letting it happen, no better way to push an agenda than through fear.

I don't think though the fact that bin Laden wasnt living a life of luxury or didnt have all the latest technology is any indication of what they are capable of, doesnt really take a lot of money or brains to really fuck shit up if that is your intention.

It's only an indication that he was laying low. Obviously he could not fly in the latest technology or people in the surrounding would have wondered what's going on in that house. That cheap equipment is probably what they were selling locally and what a regular joe would be able to afford over there.

Either way, not too glamorous of a life. Perhaps his many wifes made up for it :upsidedow

Look at what the DC Sniper did, he brought that city to a halt and he was one dude with a gun. Imagine if once a week some random building blew up.

They are not accepted here... in Vegas.. Try going to a casino and gamble with them or filling your car with gas they will laugh at you..

but on the other hand .. if i am stranded in Vegas with only 500 euros to my name .. you think I will starve to death ? or will I be able to exchange them pretty quick .. get to a hotel .. buy some food .. etc ?
