Looking for Designer
 
We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer(s). You will work with our marketing team to create and implement beautiful and functional e-commerce solutions for FLESHJACK.com - the gay spin-off of Fleshlight.

More about you:

*You understand UX and UI design.
*You?ve got a proven record of delivering quality solutions on time and on budget.
*This isn?t a development position, but you?re familiar with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Flash and other web technologies.
*You are a Photoshop expert.
*You have a strong portfolio that displays your experience with creating textural and modern user experience designs.
*If you had to describe your design style, you would say it is modern and sleek.
*You have a sharp eye for typography.
*You have at least 2 years professional design experience (probably at an agency or in-house marketing team).
*You have proven experience taking creative ideas from concept through execution.
*You are a team player.

Extra credit:
*Experience designing large-scale e-commerce sites
*Print experience
*Mobile design experience
*Flash experience
*Front-end development knowledge

We are looking for someone in-house but contract work may be negotiable.

Daniel, not to be an ass but in order to do UX/UI design you certainly need to have a development background and understand what you CAN do, HOW to do it and then package it all in a seamless flow. Furthermore, I really doubt many designers here understand the difference between UX and UI , it's a discipline by itself :2 cents:
