Amerinoc Support

Does any amerinoc staff use ICQ or MSN?

If so could you please post it here.

I just purchased a plan with them and I always like having the contact info of at least 1 staff member of a service I'm using :)

CyberHustler 05-22-2011 11:19 AM

[email protected] is all you need.

carzygirls 05-22-2011 11:20 AM

[email protected]

That's how they roll

BSleazy 05-22-2011 11:25 AM

Their email support usually takes less than 5 minutes. I've had things done in under a minute.

AnimeFevers 05-22-2011 11:26 AM

I prefer chatting on a messenger instead of sending e-mail after email.

Is there anyone that uses amerinoc that could help me out with a couple of things?

Hit me up on ICQ if you can help.

Edit:
Nevermind I didn't know they had a 1 to 1 online chat.

I use amerinoc, but not icq... sorry lol.

What do you need help with though? I could prolly help if it's simple.

Its nothing complicated, its mainly about transfer, no worries though I'm trying to connect to someone on live support.

Brujah 05-22-2011 11:34 AM

AmeriNOC support SUCKS! I send an email and they barely give me time to make a cup of coffee and enjoy it before they reply and put me back to work.

Well it is sunday, the day of rest. No rest for me though.

Dropping my 'i like poo' persona for a moment, I'd like to ask you a serious question if I may?

Can I ask what plan you have got with them? Is it the cheapest available, or a more costly plan?

Although it can be argued that it shouldn't matter which plan you have - after all, you are still a customer - I'd be interested to know. I use them myself, but as a 'bigger' user - and for me - email support is almost instant.

However I have heard from others that on the cheaper accounts, support can be lacking.

I have an affiliate account with them, but its not the sort of thing I would personally put in my sig - I would simply ask people I actually know to use it, if I recommend them.

Bottom line is that if I do recommend them to people I actually know, and these people get the cheapest account... I would like to try and discover... Are they likely to get 'less' support that I get?

Hope that makes sense :)

Markul 05-22-2011 02:02 PM

They do rock!

Same as me, but are you purchasing a dedicated box, or a $4.95 a month virtual?

I'm starting with the VPS Hosting plan, they are actually really fast to reply but I think they should hire some people to work as live support.

I just sent them an email, got one back within a couple of mins, replied and now waiting for an email back. I think they're working on my request and will email me back when complete. I should expect them to be done in 15 mins tops as everyone else says amerinoc are just that good.

Anyway goodnight time for sleep :upsidedow

I have the 9.95 plan with them and I pretty much always get a reply back from support within 5-6 minutes. I have only submitted a support ticket three times though, only one of them was a real problem on their end. The other two were needing a setting changed and a fuck up on my part.

Amerinoc Support ProTip.

If at any point in the support process you request the "Wesson Special" your next support response will contain a pic of some pretty sweet uncut Canadian meat.

You are welcome.

mamaliga 05-22-2011 11:23 PM

congrats to Amerinoc. Support guys are awesome.

Moose 05-22-2011 11:42 PM

It doesn't matter if you spend 10K per month or $5 , your support ticket is always handled with importance, We handle a load of many hundreds of tickets per day and it is impossible to hand out icq #'s of our support staff . Our ticket system is very reliable, If you have ANY issues good or bad with service you can send a direct email to the boss's at info@ , we would love to hear it, We are always evolving and love to hear the good and bad to do that.

Just looked in the log, I see you are taken care of!

I see Labret is giving out the secret code for the vip treatment, we will monitor and adjust accordingly :)

Bump for AmeriNOC

Slambino 05-25-2011 05:38 AM

Well I just tried calling them to inquire about dedicated server and reached a voice mail.

Won't cut it for me.

Anyone know of a host with 24/7 real people phone line?

When will I have the ability to start a thread?
