Please help me about program "Advancesubmitter 4.51"

I'm newbie Webmaster and now I found error when open program "Advancesubmitter 4.51.The error log is "The Ultimate TGP/LL/MGP Submission Software has stopped working
Runtime error 216 at 0224853A". Any one can help me please.....

Remark : I have download program from "advancedsubmitter.com"

I haven't used that software for 3 - 4 years by now :)
Do they still have support on the site?

It could be from a ton of things. Even the antivirus you're using.

I think they no has support now cause I have send mail to them but no any reply back.Can you suggest me other submitter program.Thanks you so much.
