The Site has been neglected recently but the potential is massive,the site is one of the biggest adult social networks around.

I do not own this site but a friend does and she is seeking xxx,xxx the money she has spent in development and promotion in the last couple of years......

She is not desperate and will keep it if she does not get the right offer.....

Fair enough but this is no run of the mill shit porn site like most on here run,this social networking the hottest thing on the planet...

Facebook lost 120 million in its first year and its worthy how much ? twitter loses millions and it's worth how much ?

Any dumb ass can run a site that can generate money by throwing money at it even my gran could but social networking sites are a different ball game altogether,try starting one and yoiu will see how many have failed.......

Adultspace.com dont turn a profit yet they have had 2.5 million invested in them so is that site worth nothing as well ?

I would say there is a big difference between a small site that makes nothing and a site that has millions of users that hasn't turned a profit. Also like you said this site has been neglected and most likely not growing. That usually tells you the owner doesn't think its worth their time which usually means its not worth someone else's time much less money.

That said its a decent looking site should be able to fetch a low x,xxx offer if the traffic quality is good.

I have advised her to turn into a paysite and get all the webmasters from here to kingdom come to promote the fuck out of the site for a commision as that's what everybody else is doing who's driving a ferrari ;-)
