Well, besides India. As far as I know Indian government blocked all cards issued by Choice Bank of Belize.

I used the card while on the toilet - No issues and MORE than satisfactory outcome...

Never got issues for now :)

moniker gave me the first issue two days ago, tried it again today and it got declined again, same went for my payoneer mastercard.

both cards used to work on moniker as i had domains renewed thru both of them.
