i already guessed the big reveal from the "doctors wife"

although for the wrong reason

when they said the only "water in the forrest is the river "

i thought they were making a backwards reference to the silence in the library two parter

happens to be a future reference instead.

i am so impressed with the direction of the show

the trope of characters waxing nostalgically for the future is such a brilliant concept

1. guessing the reveal
2. that it not a backward reference (all be it hidden backward reference)
3. that it actually a future reference (we will see)
