Webair support?
 

Does anyone know how to get ahold of webair support? They've been ignoring me for a week now.. and if you call the tech support line and put in your client ID #.. it just loops you through the menu again... Does anyone have a contact there I can get in touch with? My server has been down for over a week now..

Live chat for tech support would work if my control panel login was working. There support is normally on the ball. I've had nothing but great experiences with them until now..

i can't get to their tech live support because it's telling me my Client ID doesn't exist.. like i said i've always had excellent experiences with them in the past.. and i'm sure if someone would give me an icq # for someone that would help a lot..

I talk with Webair a couple of times a week, sometimes just for shits and grins.

You know, you should take a look around and take a look at yourself and your own failings before slamming Webair in the erroneous and public manner that you did.

I've been using webair for nearly 10 years and can't say that I've ever had an issue getting support. Gerard is just an email away, and he's quick and on the ball.
