Excellent support at Techiemedia
 

I was messing with the Apache config file on one of my servers at Techiemedia. I screwed up the file and crashed Apache. Sure I could've restarted it but I didn't. I wanted to see if Techiemedia was monitoring more than just the hardware. I needed to know this because I cancelled my account with the monitoring service I was using.

By the time I launched my web browser and brought up the Techiemedia support page Apache was up and running. I didn't get a chance to submit a ticket for the purpose of timing their response. When I checked the config file, I saw that the tech person had commented out my error and restarted Apache. That was the fastest support I've experienced from any hosting provider.
