money appears with deduction 30-50 bucks per wire charge. that sucks,

Most people doesn't know but here in Brazil is too hard and expensive do wire and or deposit checks from another country.

We must pay high rates and explain why we are receiving that money, from who, etc.

I like to pay people with paypal, I recieve my checks from ccbill in the mail.

It is paypal. In central germany you can upload money to it from my bank account.
