Please share your opinion, experience with this hoster
They are reputable and can trust them? or better keep out ?

I have over 50 sites hosted with them and can’t complain. Been with them for years. Support is great if needed.

I find info that their IP are banned and problems with mails
its true ?

I've been with them for years, dedicated boxes... they're fast at support and make good on any real issues, I have no complaints... other than they keep billing me.

I use my own mail, I've had my own issues, so I would think any mail server moving large amounts of mail, even legit mail, will have its issues on any host. If you're worried about it, get a dedi box with your own mail on it.

Every host has accounts that get IP's banned, so it's always possible you get one. However I've never gotten a bad with with phatservers, and I have a decent number of unique ones.

I'm with phat.. I love them... But amerinoc has had a few horror stories...

2 weeks ago I bought 100tb, they promised many but when I paid and paid additionally for managed support (answer after 5minutes,Im waiting 1-2 days).After 7 nervous day I get refund from paypal. They promosied move my sites and in 7 days even dont try ask about details, so if somebody only promise and do nothing more, for me its cheater.They even dont want add domains, configure mails, nothing

That information is from many years ago, I want to say at least 8. I believe they had issues with one of their resellers and those problems are long gone.

I have hosting accounts with 11 different providers. When people ask me which companies I can recommend, AmeriNOC always gets the #1 vote. One of the very few companies where the techs actually "learn" you overtime and can anticipate your needs.

before bought 100tb i asked many times "can you move my sites "- always answer was YES
when paid money then start making problems, said OK and no answer to ticket 2 days, later said "I must paid additional money" etc etc
Finally open claim in paypal and next day got refund

Ahhh I think therein lies the confusion. It sounded like you were talking about AmeriNOC. I was very confused as they don't offer multiple support packages.

My recommendation would be to drop that provider and move on, it will only get worse. There is nothing more frustrating than trying to get in touch with your hosting company to no avail.

I use other host since 2 years but now they are too expensive for me , try move to 100tb but without success, now still looking for cheapier host 150-200 max

Hosted with them for years and am more than happy. Support, when I have had to use it is fast.

I have been with Amerinoc for about 10 years and I'm very happy with them. Their support is totally awesome with a response time of less than 5 minutes. You can't go wrong with Amerinoc.

There is nothing wrong with Amerinoc. It's a perfect host, been with them for years and have had no issues or complaints what-so-ever. Very good support too should you ever need it. And they will transfer your site over to them for free if you sign-up and then submit a ticket with all the details needed to do the transfer.

They even accept Paxum payments now, see link below for details.

Hosted with them in the past - virtual account - and it sucked! Too many down times, server infected with some trojan horses that injected some bad code to my pages - Google immediately blocked (warning page) my sites. :warning

Get a dedi box Dedi.... :) A virt account isn't just shared hosting, it's also shared issues.

There are very few hosts that cater to the shared adult market, one reason is that it will make up the vast majority of your support tickets and it attracts a lot of people that have unrealistic expectations and a lot of people that want to abuse it and get out to move on to the next one, it's a daily fight to fine tune and monitor shared servers. Then there are the rest that can suffer as a result of the abuse from the first two groups mentioned. All our shared servers that have gone live in the last year use a new OS that allows for isolation of heavy CPU, MySQL, RAM, etc, usage which protects other accounts from getting bogged down far more effectively than in years past, it's similar to a VPS system, but cheaper in that you get all the bells and whistles of having a CP, Auto-installer, managed support and so on. If you have been moved to a newer server recently and you are still seeing issues then you most likely need to have your account reviewed and consider moving to a VPS or dedicated plan.

It's even cheaper if you pay quarterly at Amerinoc. It's tough to find everything they offer for the same price at any other host. Even if you did find one that other host might suck. Amerinoc has good support, they could use more people there like Mike and Chris but I can't complain. Both of those guys have helped me out quite a bit.

What are you running that requires mySQL?

If you can afford more than shared, you are much better off.
If shared is all you can afford, then just be wise going into it - that we, as hosts, cannot guarantee that somebody uploading a rogue script, or being attacked is not going to adversely affect you too. We do work diligently to minimize these issues, but they are going to be more frequent on a shared box, just by the nature of it's setup.

VPS (VIRTUAL PRIVATE SERVER) is a very nice compromise between shared hosting and dedicated, and is a true dedicated environment with full root access for installing scripts, hardening apache, etc.
It will cost you a bit more than shared, but a far cry less than a dedicated box, and the peace of mind you cannot put a price on. :thumbsup

I've never found better support than at Amerinoc, or anyone else who has experience with the adult industry and the same realistic pricing.

i got aboxwith them and they moved a mechbunny paysite with hundreds of GB. my experience with them on this same issue was perfect. they helped configure the script and got everythingworking.

Whenever you ask if a host is good or not you will get people (normally from other hosts OR people paid by other hosts) to bash the host you're asking about, sadly it's just the way this "game" works.

With that said...

I've only been with Amerinoc a short time so far but I can ONLY say good things about the entire experience, we DID have a downtime yesterday (which no matter what you read OR are told happens with EVERY SINGLE HOST at some point) and the downtime was handled great!

From what I heard from long time customers, yesterday's downtime was the longest they have ever seen (which to me is VERY GOOD) I've had "reputable" hosts over the years have DAYS of downtime, no response from support, broken promises etc etc etc.

my support tickets are always answered within minutes, and the support people I've worked with have been not only VERY helpful BUT also VERY patient with me lol.

All in all I have nothing but good to say about Amerinoc! just like my sig says I love them!

I've had all my stuff with them for years and have not had anything but wonderful things to say about them. They are so quick at responding to even stupid newbie questions. I highly recommend them.
