Paxum, how long does it take to update the balance on an account?

Wired money was written off on June 7th, its now 23rd and its still not on the account while on my bank account its already deducted.

Any idea why this should to take so long?

Wires usually take 3-5 business days. I'm adding you on ICQ now so we can get this resolved for you.

Thanks for the link djroof! :thumbsup

Hi SZNY, I just checked my ICQ and I don't have any messages from you. I think it might have something to do with sending an email address over ICQ. Lately I've been having a hard time receiving and sending email addresses and on those occasions I've had to break it down into words to force it through (eg: yourname at domain dot com). Can you please try again that way, or email me the info? Thanks! :)

We are dealing with the same issue with Paxum, our first wire came back after 20 days, our second wire is still in 'motion ?'

Scary

Same here, wires take 7-10 days. With Epassporte it took no more than 72 business hours.

When the money is in motion it may take a while

Ruth I mailed you my info an also a copy of a support ticket. Point is that we need to payout a studio and this is not really good for business.

Maybe its good to publish exact info on the Paxum site so update delays will not be a surprise.
