Extensive experience of managing my own team of developers in creating Web sites and Web applications. Development of web sites concepts, banners and other advertising formats.

- Involvement of users traffic in Russian and English segment; banner, teaser, review, product placement advertising, advertising campaigns development, advertising effectiveness analysis.

- Ideas and business plans generation for their implementation with the approximate amounts of investment and payback periods. The knowledge of current trends in the Internet business and the user?s demands in Russian-speaking as well as in the English-speaking segment.

- Sale of CPM, CPC and direct advertising in Russian and English segments; sites development on a turnkey basis for its sales in different spheres.

- Strong experience working with affiliate marketing on the part of the affiliate programs in different spheres, affiliate programs promotion, affiliates attraction.

- Interaction with staff members, recruitment, testing for Management, team building.

- Negotiations with Russian, European and American colleagues, experience in selling creative ideas, websites and services.
