Ive been tired ALL week

Since Sunday I have been exhausted where I'm struggling to stay awake during the day. Last night fell asleep at 7pm from being utterly exhausted. Woke back up a little bit later and went out to get some coffee to try and wake up.

This morning I slept for a solid 8 hours but struggled again to get out of bed, even after I drank an energy drink I'm still fatigued :helpme

I went to the beach this weekend and got some sun and did a shit ton of house work on Sunday thinking that might have to do with it, but its more annoying that anything... maybe I'm just getting that old where it takes 3 days to recover after a weekend :disgust

I?ve been exhausted too lately! I think it?s due to our weather getting hotter! I?m taking some vitamins B12 & B6.

You know what they say ?SEX? will boost your dopamine receptors. Could be lack of sex?Maybe I'll have to get me some tonight!

me too, it must be the hot weather :(

You need some hormone replacement therapy or something.

Walk through any tall grass lately? Ticks love to sit on top and grab onto anything that brushes past. Then bite you and suck your delicious blood and gift you with lyme disease.

I know it's a stretch, but it's their season I think.

Fatigue sucks! I fight it off with cocaine and meth.

Just go to bed at 7pm and have one massive sleep until the next morning - shoving coffee / energy drinks in to unnaturally wake yourself temporarily isn't helpful.

May I ask was your avatar made of one of your visions on meth ?

Take about 2.000-4.000mg Vit C daily and throw in plenty of Vit E aswell. 450mg of magnesium right before bed for better sleep.

Always worth a shot.

It's an old myth that you can catch up on your sleep that way. Oversleeping can actually cause fatigue.

I was on meth laced with crack and I chugged 8 redbulls before adding a filter in PS.

QFT.

Drop the coffee/energy drinks aswell. They'll make you feel way worse.

I was born tired ...

sometimes i wonder if some people are simply in a fatigued state naturally, just their luck of the draw. just like being blonde or brunette? not saying you are, bossku, but i wonder if there is always a *solution* to fatigue........

RuthB 06-29-2011 12:18 PM

how're your iron levels? My daughter was having major fatigue a few years back, they ran some tests and discovered her body wasn't absorbing iron the way it should, so they gave her some iron pills and boom, she had her energy levels back after just a week or so.

I'd suggest hitting the doctor about it if it continues much longer :2 cents:

I have exactly the same thing for about the last year it is making life hell, and i get lots of exersise and eat well. It is kind of scary something is very wrong but I have no insurance so they don't care, it's not hiv or hepc either, had those checked. Sometimes I just really can't wake up and caffine barely helps. I know a lot of it is depression from lossing everything over the past year+ but it's not just that.

CurrentlySober 06-29-2011 12:22 PM

Sound like you just need a break? Take a week off, go somewhere nice with no internet etc, and just totally relax... You should feel fantastic after switching off for a bit :)

buildingfutures 06-29-2011 12:57 PM

Also have your hormones checked if it carries on too long. Your adrenal glands might be exhausted due to long-term physical and mental stress. This causes your adrenal glands not to produce the right hormones anymore (cortisol) to fight off any form of stress.
