I used my KANSAS CORPORATE INFO and gave Amazon a link to a for shit website and got APROVED!

That's not the issue. You're in Kansas and have a Kansas corporation.

They are not accepting people from California. Period. People that OPERATE from California. Even if they have a business registered elsewhere.

Yeah, they can have a Kansas corp and have the payments sent to somewhere other than California, but they're still defrauding the state of California as they're a state resident and working for Amazon in the eyes of the state. They'd also be providing false information to Amazon, thereby making it an invalid contract.

Nobody was saying someone couldn't get around the issue. They were just saying it's fraud if you do and are a resident of California.
