That's a retarded jury over there. The prosecution had no basis for first degree murder but not guilty on the lesser charges? Big fat lol.

Topbuxom Lea 07-05-2011 11:26 AM

JUST OMFG....

that Jury is fucking INSANE. How retarded do you have to be????

Holly Lez! 07-05-2011 11:29 AM

Alprazolam 07-05-2011 11:30 AM

not on all counts.

she was found guilty of lots of stuff.

lying to the cops. providing false statements. she is not guilty of murder.

the rest she is guilty.

bronco67 07-05-2011 11:32 AM

If the glove does not fit, you must acquit.

She should get time served, she's been in prison for 3 yrs+ right? Yikes.

L-Pink 07-05-2011 11:41 AM

She was guilty, the government just didn't prove it.

The jury folowed the US constituion. You just said the prosecution didn't have a case but the jury is retraded for not convicting anyways? You must hate America because you hate the US Constitution.

CDSmith 07-05-2011 12:54 PM

She'll get out thursday, just in time to party like a rockstar this weekend.

What a celebration it will be.

Didn't you know that were supposed to convict on "probably guilty" or "I THINK she did it"? Appearantly we got rid of that part of the constitution that says innocent before proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

Seth Manson 07-05-2011 03:57 PM

I guess all of you saying she was guilty of murder know more about the case than the jury does.

AdultKing 07-05-2011 04:36 PM

The nature of the Jury system is that it's up to jurors to decide on guilt beyond *any* reasonable doubt. The jury must make the decision after sitting through all of the evidence presented to it after countless hours in court. Sometimes juries will get it wrong but I'd much prefer to live with the Jury system than the alternative.

..and no one will be held accountable for the death of adorable toddler Caylee, who was duct taped, murdered, stuffed in a garbage bag, and left to rot in a local swamp/ "wooded area."

Justice is blind.....because if she could see the things her scales have passed, she would slit her own throat!

Is this one of those instances where if she had been up for 2nd degree murder, manslaughter or something like that, that the jury probably would have convicted but because it was 1st degree they just couldn't bring themselves to do it?

Well since the jury also acquitted her on manslaughter, then i guess they would have also acquitted her on murder 2 or any lesser degree of murder as well.

porno jew 07-05-2011 11:47 PM

don't worry, you have no attention span anyways. there will be a new fake moral outrage tomorrow to distract you from the fact you spend your whole lives toiling to pay for bombs banks and jails.

SmokeyTheBear 07-05-2011 11:54 PM

"beyond reasonable doubt" get's cloudier and cloudier.

In this day and age almost anything is within reason.. because so many fucked up things happen.

It isn't impossible to imagine that the mom was a basket case shitty liar mom but that someone else killed her daughter.. because shit like that happens everyday.

In civil cases it is preponderance of the evidence not beyond reasonable doubt , thats why o.j. was found guilty in civil, in a civil case your side just has to have more evidence in favor than the other side to get a guilty verdict.

I wonder if anyone can sue her for murder in civil court ?

The only people that can sue Casey Anthony for "wrongful death" in a civil suit are people that have a direct interest in the toddler. That would be the dad (who is dead), or the grandparents George and Cindy. Highly unlikely that George and Cindy are going to sue their own daughter, who doesn't have any assets anyhow.

not dissing your answer but don't alot of people have direct interest in her ?

not sure why it would be so insane for her father to sue her, didn't she say he molested the granddaughter and basically that he killed her or something ?

I'm sure she will be floating in cash after a few interviews.

but back to "direct interest" i wonder what that means in legal terms..? would brother or sister count? cousins ? aunts ?

You can prove all this? Because the DA and ME couldn't.

Mamassita 07-06-2011 12:50 AM

She Chloroformed the kid so the child would sleep all night long when she couldnt find a baby sitter, so she could go clubin and dancing.

Over did it one night, called dad first, he being the ex-cop/ detective and having knowledge where chloroform could not be detected after 30 days told her to hide the body for 30 days and to keep her mouth shut, dont say a word to know one and to live her life like normal so she rode around with the childs body in the trunk till it started to stink from decomp, then bagged her up and disposed of it like trash.

They should all be convicted of a crime the whole lot of them.

But since the system is flawed she walks.

Wrong. There wasn't any proof Anthony killed her kid. Accidental or otherwise. Do I think she had something to do with her kid's death. PROBABLY. In the US juries are not supposed to convict that someone "probably" did it. Do you know why we have people that get released form prison after 10, 15, 20 years after it was found out they didn't actually do the crime. Because 12 dumb morons who had no proof thought the guy "probably" did it and convicted him because that's what everyone wanted.

"Direct Interest" means someone who had custody of the child or took care of the child. That rules out the dad because he's dead. That rules out the brother unless he can prove he took care of the child. The only people that can sue for wrongful death against Casey are the grandparents Cindy and George because it seems like they did in fact take care of the child. And like I said before, what's the use of suing someone who has no assets? It's a waste of time any money.

As for Casey rolling around in cash, that's unlikely because from what I hear, attorney Baez has all the book and film rights. He got that in return for representing Casey for free or lowered fee.

Black All Through 07-06-2011 03:20 AM

No matter how guilty she may be, the law is the law and if they can't come up with something that proves her guilt beyond reasonable doubt then she walks. The law was applied by the letter.

It will catch up with her, she'll end up like OJ :2 cents:

Girenr 07-06-2011 03:32 AM

Whether it looks like she did it or not doesn't matter. What matters is what you can prove.

There was no evidence saying she killed anyone.

There was no murder weapon.

There was no DNA saying she murdered anyone.

They didn't even know how the kid died.

You can't send someone to prison or to death with 0 evidence. The jury got it 100% right based on the evidence.

Plenty of innocent black men have walked out of prisons after 20 years because of jury's who convict on 0 evidence.

I'd never date her though.. I'd be scared I'd end up in the woods in a bag somewhere. =x
