nico-t 07-06-2011 09:30 AM

glad they air it here without the fucking beeps... beeping shit makes it almost unwatchable.

PR_Glen 07-06-2011 09:39 AM

when i first saw clips of this show ramsay sounded like some loud overbearing asshole.. well, maybe he is, but after watching some episodes he really turns these useless tools into real chefs. Kind of like a drill sargent kicking you down a 100 times before you learn how to be a good soldier.

i love when he talks that way to his customers occasionally haha

jollyperv 07-06-2011 09:48 AM

Man wiggers really are the fucking worst

Scott McD 07-06-2011 09:49 AM

Gordon Ramsay is a cunt of a man!

I really don't know how all these chefs turned into celebs within the space of a couple of years. All you see on tv over here is some chef with his own new programme...

Harmon 07-06-2011 09:54 AM

Cooking shows... gay.

He always knows what to say to get under someones fucking skin and whip their ignorant stupid asses into a shape... I like it. (I have been watching Kitchen Nightmares with my woman... I love the program!)

stephane76 07-06-2011 10:54 AM

Watched Ramsey on the bio channel not too long ago, i do kind of admire him for the shit he has done over the years.

he could have destroyed that skinny-wanna-be-chef if he wanted to...

he's not like the rest of them. hot temper aside this guy has more than paid his dues and has one more awards than most in such a short time--before he was a tv hit anyway.

You'd probably even like his pizza ;)

oh for the OP, doesn't white trash say and mean the exact same thing without the racist overtone?

LAJ 07-06-2011 11:27 AM

Funny... I said "what an idiot" literally one second before Ramsey.

Not really
White trash is the trailer park, beer no one has ever heard of, meth and hatred of everyone who isn't a slack jawed ignorant moron

Believe me - I have dealt with enough of it to see the signs of it

PornStarToys 07-06-2011 11:43 AM

"Yeah, watch the step bitch"

What a dumbass, he calls himself a bitch.

PiracyPitbull 07-06-2011 12:09 PM

His UK shows were so much better to watch. I gave the first few seasons of US Hells Kitchen a trial but after 10 minutes of any of his shows, you know its just going to be him shouting at people and them being willfully dumb assholes who can't cook vegetables after 10 weeks practice.

His latest persona on Masterchef is the same stereo-typical over the top angry head chef (which he NEVER used to do as much as he does on US tv) and the show is so lacking of tension you have to endure the most boring pre break ciff hanger:

"Stephanie, you cooked a Tomato and basil soup......*long pause*.......it doesnt taste as good as you'd expect with the one hour cooking time you we're given. I'm sorry to say Stephanie, it really doesn't taste good................."

Cue for commercials

Show comes back and the whole section is repeated.

Then Gordon sentance is completed with................"it doesn't taste good...................IT TASTES GREAT" and she breathes a sigh of relief......arrrrrrrrgh

And how many times are they going to make him shout at contestants on his shows...
"This chicken is RAAAAAAAAW.....you're going to KILL somebody" followed by lobbing the chicken filet across the room.

bronco67 07-06-2011 12:17 PM

That little tool is probably too dumb to know he's biting off more than he could chew. I'd be willing to bet a large sum of money that Gordon Ramsey would light that dude up.

CurrentlySober 07-06-2011 12:17 PM

This thread is Wacist!

yeah i'll give you that, the editing on the show is a pain in the ass... I just think it's hilarious how he's so helpful and supportive one second and then if they chirp back even a little they get SHIT on in a loud and creative way 'this looks like a dogs dinner!!!' hehe... How would you react if one of your chefs was serving raw chicken in your restaurant? It's enough to get your business shut down right?

i'd say, he's not a small guy, and not as old as he looks either.

I don't even care about watching fights... much less would I pay to see one.. but that one I'd make my FIRST EVER pay per view purchase for. I would not even bootleg it.

i'd say, he's not a small guy, and not as old as he looks either.

Yeah, and he had some rough times growing up, had an abusive father, etc...plus, he Scottish born. Like the Irish, they come out of the womb fighting.

ffnK.O. 07-06-2011 02:12 PM

yeah, Ramsay might be an ass but he knows how to cook. that's for damn sure

PiracyPitbull 07-06-2011 02:17 PM

I remember seeing this when it aired and immediately thought "staged".

The US shows are way more drama filled. If the audience doesn't get its slice of drama or hint of confrontation that never goes anywhere - they're not happy campers. The envelope has to keep being pushed so that viewers experience that little shock.

He'll be throwing knives at people in a few years.

You come at the king you best not miss!

Diomed 07-06-2011 05:07 PM

I'm a big fan of the Ramsey,

the guy is incredibly clever. He's UK shows ARE much better as mentioned, his US shows are formulated specifically to please the dumb public.

His shows "The F Word" and "Kitchen Nightmares UK" were both stellar shows.

And I do still like Gordan as an entrepreneur and for past works like the UK version of Kitchen nightmares.

That really was a good series on how restaurants can fail in the wrong hands.

garce 07-06-2011 05:32 PM

Gordon Ramsey is like an spoiled 8 year old girl who had his (or her) favourite doll taken away. He's the biggest pussy and crybaby that ever came out of Scotland.
