VIVID ENTERTAINMENT WITHDRAWS IT'S OFFER TO CASEY ANTHONY FOR A STARRING ROLE IN AN UPCOMING FEATURE FILM

LOS ANGELES ? (July 6, 2011) ? Vivid Entertainment, the world's leading adult movie studio, has withdrawn its offer to Casey Anthony to star in an upcoming movie.

Steven Hirsch, founder and co-chairman of the studio that has produced and/or distributed numerous movies with celebrities said "We were ready to make an offer to Casey to star in one of our feature films. It's clear to me now, however, that there has been an overwhelmingly negative response to our offer and so we've decided to withdraw it."

"It has become obvious to us that Vivid fans, and people in general, want nothing to do with her and that includes a XXX movie. We want to make movies that people want to watch and we now believe that we underestimated the emotional response that people are having to the verdict. A movie starring Casey Anthony is not what people want to see," said Hirsch.

There already are enough horrible misconceptions about the adult industry. The offer to employ a very likely potential killer in this industry was one of the last things the industry needed.

they probably withdrew the offer since it was the only one of these "free publicity" offer to actually get accepted.
