Any Sites selling links with good juice?

Am interested in buying some links to "good" sites.

By good I mean:

1) Will increase my rankings
2) Will not shoot me into outerspace in google because YOUR site has been penalized.

So it is a whitelabel crawling up in the serps. So I guess it's not unique but sure was doing pretty good before. I'm very articulate in link building and had a HUGE site put my site back around 350.
