Question for TGP Affiliates
 

What are the standards in terms of number of words for titles and descriptions for free hosted galleries? We are updating our format and I would like to provide what most people are looking for.

I don't really see a "standard"; but if the description is under 70 characters, including
spaces then it probably fits into most TGP layouts.

However, if the short descriptions suck, then it's better to make a long description.
Because even if the long desc is not used in the layout, it can still be used for
search etc...

Then there is the bottom line where "Any description is better than none!"

So, I think we will take all your descriptions of any size and be happy.

Thanks. What would you say is an adequate length for long descriptions?

Use between 40 and 50 characters for short descriptions. Between 80 and 100 characters for long descriptions.
