The cleanest, most effective join page design with NATS
 

So I've been messing around with various versions of the Join pages and think I have a few really clean and effective designs. However, I'm curious to see if anyone else can point me to what you consider a clean join page design? Post links here.

I am looking for examples of sites that use NATS as the back end.

i dont like 'clean'...
