How can I get a paxum account for free?
 

My checks are nowhere near enough to justify spending $50 upfront.. Also, was it paxum or payoneer that had ties to the authorities or some mob thing or whatever it was?

Then you can withdraw via EFT (ACH) if you are located in the US, for a $5 USD fee.
