Android Fitness App - My Fitness Pal
Anyone ever count their calories and keep track of their workouts with their Android phone?
Probably have it for iPhone too... My Fitness Pal You enter in your age, weight, height and various other info. Then you enter in your workouts and the foods you eat. Even bar code scans shit so you don't have to look it up. Did you eat a Cliff Bar? Scan it... that simple... Lets say you weigh in at 225 and want to be 180. It then asks how many pounds a week you want to lose and spits out how many calories you can have that day. Perhaps it is 1680. But then you go to the gym and jog that day. It might move it up to perhaps 1800 to 2100 depending on your workout. I have 2 friends using it and both have hit their targets and now stay on target. |
i used it and lost 30 lbs that way. need to start again to get rid of 20 lbs more :)
