They're actually saying it may have been her well documented emphysema or eating disorder.

She actually looks the best she had in years:

Still a good chance it was drugs -- especially a relapse -- but there is also a decent chance it wasn't because she had advanced emphysema.

Strange how? The autopsy was inconclusive. They now have to await the toxicology report. That takes a few weeks, just like with anyone else.
