Who inspires you to do better in this industry?
 

For me... real simple. I look at those who have had success, then lost it, then troll the boards looking for words of encouragement "secretly" while still acting like a dick head.

While successful banging cards on 2 to 3 cross sales with no worthy content was company policy.

In addition, immediate refunds were given to flaming pissed off consumers by a position that was justified at that time.
