http://www.fubarwebmasters.com/food/z00022.jpg The left side has a Hot spot, have to get new heat shields, it caught a bit when I was busy inside, so its more blackened then I would like :Oh crap http://www.fubarwebmasters.com/food/z00026.jpg http://www.fubarwebmasters.com/food/z00027.jpg I must add, as this was cooking it was pissing down rain, so I got good and soaked, going back and forth , to make sure it didnt burn too bad:1orglaugh http://www.fubarwebmasters.com/food/z00029.jpg |
I hereby request pics of the final result and a report on the taste.

rotisseries definitely need even heat.. but once you get that down you will be making some perfect meals i'm sure.
I don't even use one anymore myself, i have done so well with those upright chicken roasters (the ones that people normally use for beer chicken). I don't use beer these days, I mix in water with lemon wedges which keeps things more moist. I just toss them in there and forget about them for about 40 minutes and baste them with apple juice towards the end.. comes out golden brown and fantastic. |
i see peas you should have made tator salad and biscuits
