The left side has a Hot spot, have to get new heat shields, it caught a bit when I was busy inside, so its more blackened then I would like :Oh crap

ive only used the rotisserie on my grill twice, broke not to long ago so no more rotisserie hot dogs :(

used it a couple of times before done a chicken and a pork tenderloin on it, love the taste. Have to turn the heat down and do it slowly, excellent taste:thumbsup

rotisseries definitely need even heat.. but once you get that down you will be making some perfect meals i'm sure.

I don't even use one anymore myself, i have done so well with those upright chicken roasters (the ones that people normally use for beer chicken). I don't use beer these days, I mix in water with lemon wedges which keeps things more moist.

I just toss them in there and forget about them for about 40 minutes and baste them with apple juice towards the end.. comes out golden brown and fantastic.

Yeah getting the heat even, is a big factor, even the "blackened" chicken tasted great:1orglaugh I have the beer can chicken stand and make those from time to time.

They are stupidly expensive for what they are, the problem with mine was, no generic one would fit it, so I had to get the factory one and cost around $80:disgust
