Injected two support tickets, last one was a week ago and still no answer.

Those people are beyond incompetent. I don't know why anyone is still using them. Try almost 8 days without an answer to a ticket. Dump those morons.

Yes its pretty amazing, probably some part-time customer support desk, i have funds on my account and a CashX card but they are not linked so I can't retrieve my funds.

Doesn't look good...

On talkgold forum there is some serious accusations how they got money by wire but never add it to account which is why i avoid them since them.

I will remove them as payout and collecting method, fuck them
