Best video/screen grab software

What software do people use to get the best video grabs from their videos?

Been using frameshots for a while now but the grabs really aren't up to standard for the quality of video being used.

Any thoughts?

Here's the best - Replay Media Catcher 4 - I use it all the time. It will also grab from Youtube. Get it from www.applian.com, it costs, but is well worth it. :2 cents:

jing (TechSmith) is pretty good and free. have never had the need to upgrade to the pro version.

piss easy to use and very flexible.
