Sorry if I am wrong about this, as I have no idea about any of that. Google has lead me to believe it has to do with chinese formatted pages? If I am wrong please, don't be too harsh on me folks just trying to be helpful.

If you click on "Other source code files at this package level" and hit tw, its similar.

if you google some of the line you posted, you get some .cn pages, some .zh pages which i googles as shanghai pages or something, I dont know.
