tonyparra 08-20-2011 07:36 AM

CaptainWolfy 08-20-2011 08:05 AM

i use both hosts, and never had any problem with ether of them, why don't you contact support to see what's going on..

onedree 08-20-2011 08:21 AM

I experienced slight disruptions yesterday from AmeriNOC ...
Chris and Zach's response minutes later ...
In my opinion AmeriNOC/Phatservers is the best in the biz ...

I haven't had downtime issues with Amerinoc lately.

Cyberwurx had issues with their nameservers yesterday which fucked up stuff for a bit (a few hours for some things). Besides that, no complaints with them for the last 5 years. The techs are available 24/7 and get back fast.

AmeriNOC has been extremely unstable over the last few days.
It's becoming a daily occurrence contacting support.

Tons of short downtimes in the past month with Amerinoc, it all adds up and hurts income, slow load times also affect SERP. The biz is hurting as it is, having hosting that goes down frequently and unpredictably just makes it worse.

it has to be certain servers because i see other site i know are hosted at amerinoc are up

crunkedge 08-21-2011 11:04 AM

same problem, hard down today, trying to chat with support

Goldmaniacs 08-21-2011 11:14 AM

Amerinoc has tons of random short downtimes in the past month, unless you monitor it 24/7 you are not going to catch it all but it sure adds up. That said, it is certainly possible that some servers are more affected than others.

goldmaniacs and tonyparra, would this be your shared hosting account or is this a vps or dedicated? As I posted in the other thread, I haven't had the same experience but I'm not on a shared hosting account and that may be the difference. My sites have been online with no interruptions.

XSV 08-21-2011 11:58 AM

As posted in the other thread...

We have one virtual server that has had some recent chronic issues with some accounts that became abusive suddenly after being normal accounts for over a year. The accounts are being removed as they arise. Why don't you contact us directly so we can address your concerns for you?

As to any connection between us and Cyberwurx there are none, except that both have a stellar record of great hosting in this industry for the last ten years. I have no idea what your issue with them was caused by, but the problem with us I'm 99.9 % sure is related to what I posted above, but I have no idea what account is yours goldmaniac, but I assure you that if you contact us directly I will make sure you are taken care of and we will get this resolved, shared account or 20 dedicated servers, it doesn't matter, we want all clients to be 100% happy.

[TeSiL] 08-21-2011 12:09 PM

I did not notice any AmeriNOC downtimes

V_RocKs 08-21-2011 04:08 PM

Cyberwurx was a maintenance thing. And you should have received an Email stating it would happen and when. I did...

They moved servers to a new location.

Roger that, i was just curious if it was happening to others as i suspected, Im happy with amerinoc so far they have helped me stay affloat, ill think about moving to the vps or dedi soon, i was on a dedicated for along time and never used most of the resources so i switched to having a amerinoc resellers account and some smaller shared across different host and the results have been awesome. Sorry i didnt see the other thread/response.
