really does not matter if they are BIG or not...
i have BIG site who do not produce any sales and SMALL guys who sends 150 uniques per day and gets ?5-6k per month only on the French site...

Usually, the bigger a site is, the less it is profitable to work with it....

take few lo quality videos, make quick logo, put all in easy html code, all done in ten minutes, and lets go advertise "we have launched new high quality mobile site" ... lol, what a joke those sites are ... i mean, i am doing nothing but yes i know people are making bank, i see it on one of my sponsor who is redirecting mobile traffic to his mobile sites, made two sales in year for mobile, hundreds of sales on normal site ... but i know, bank there is a big big bank in mobile ... lol

Interesting. I've found and experienced the opposite to be true :2 cents:

Overall, mobile traffic is higher quality traffic than regular web/PC/desktop traffic ... IMHO. There's less of it now ... only accounting for 6-10% of any given site's traffic (some sites considerably more) ... but it's growing at an exponential rate. As it continues to grow ... and as handsets get cheaper - more people will be able to afford them and will be surfing on their phones ... and by virtue of that - the quality will go down BUT the opportunity to monetize that traffic will grow JUST like the web did.

That being said, there's a window of opportunity that will be open another 12-18 months for savvy marketers to watch their numbers and revenue skyrocket in the near-term ... again, IMHO.

I'd consider 100k unique per day a good starting point. You and I should talk in Amsterdam regardless :thumbsup

We are starting to send it to our own paysites with good results. I agree with mobile being huge. Can't wait till we can bill using short codes :thumbsup

Mobile traffic can be very profitable. I'n my secret identity during the day I run Google PPC campaigns for clients. I have one client that just one of their accounts I was able to deliver 49 phone calls for under $100. I know were not looking for phone calls in our biz but it shows how high a reponse rate you can get from mobile for just a small spend

Depending on what he's selling - $2 per lead is pretty damn good!
