Holy cow!

pornguy 09-07-2011 04:13 AM

So it would have inverted fuel tanks then.. Interesting.

V_RocKs 09-07-2011 04:27 AM

In theory any car with large enough tires and no fenders with a pressurized gas tank could drive upside down...

Coup 09-07-2011 04:31 AM

Beautiful car IMO.

Lykos 09-07-2011 04:48 AM

Jesus,looks amazing!:)

bloggerz 09-07-2011 05:19 AM

thats an ugly rear end

OY 09-07-2011 05:29 AM

What I heard said about the car on Discovery Channel is that the way the aerodynamics of the car works is that the pressure at a certain speed DOWN is equal or greater than the weight of the car itself - equals, in theory it could drive upside down (like in your ceiling!).

iamtam 09-07-2011 05:58 AM

the theory of the rumor is that there is a potential of a possiblity that could make it theoretically possible that something might occur under the right circumstances, depending on the weather and the number of ladies not wearing panties on a city bus.

You my friend deserve the award for outstanding achievement in the field of excellence! :thumbsup

justinsain 09-07-2011 06:56 AM

One of my favorite cars :thumbsup

Here's a clip of me walking in at the 0.19 mark getting my own video of what may very well be the same car with different wheels.

dallasnovelty 09-07-2011 07:17 AM

That is the same car and it is badass. There are a couple that cruise around Plano sometimes.

I remember when the owner used to post here and said he was probably going
to sell it for fear of not being able to repair it if he ever wrecked it. I think it had something to do with Saleen
shutting down their S7 program or something to that effect.

HomerSimpson 09-07-2011 09:08 AM

I like it :thumbsup

Rochard 09-07-2011 09:25 AM

I have a feeling Mike tested the cars ceiling abilities right before he moved out of the house in RS! Did you Mike?!! :1orglaugh

SilentSound 09-07-2011 12:28 PM

It probably has a dry sump engine, which will work upsidedown. :upsidedow like this

Spunky 09-07-2011 12:47 PM

That's one sweet looking ride

You have to let all your clients borrow it when you buy one.

I'll take two please... K thanks.

Young 09-07-2011 02:04 PM

I remember seeing pics of LA Mike's on here once. Too much car for me. I cringe every time I go fill up my 6.2L V8. I can't imagine what this thing gets in the MPG department.

But then again if you have money to buy this thing....gas prices are the least of your concerns.

BV 09-07-2011 02:15 PM

The aerodynamics of F1 cars can theoretically allow it to drive upside down at 80 MPH, Indy cars at about 118 MPH

Awesome. And at one point they just have to prove this to us all. I want to see it!

What do you drive with a 6.2L?

My Raptor 6.2L gets about 11mpg

Didn't Ron Levy give one away one year at Internext? I seem to remember one on the floor in front of the CE booth.... Maybe 2001 or 2002?
